Welcome to the Nature Preserve
Movement doesn’t have to happen in a gym, follow a program, or leave you exhausted to matter.look like exercise.
Movement doesn’t have to happen in a gym, follow a program, or leave you exhausted to matter. Here, we’re making room for the movement that happens in ordinary life—the walks you take, the errands you run, the stairs you climb, the garden you tend, the extra trip across the house, and all the small ways you choose not to stay still.
Everyday movement is one of the signals you send to your body. Those small moments can add up to a very different pattern over the course of a day, a week, and a life. The Nature Preserve is where we’ll explore walking, everyday movement, time outside, and simple ways to create more opportunities to move—without turning your entire life into a workout.
You don’t need to do everything at once, and you don’t even need to call it exercise. Just keep moving. There’s a whole world out there.

THE TRAIL GUIDES
Pick a guide. Take a different kind of walk.
Trail Guides are small adventures designed to help you explore movement, the outdoors, and the world around you in new ways. Some will take you down an actual trail. Others might invite you to try something, notice something, learn something, or simply move through an ordinary day a little differently.
Each guide gives you a place to begin, a few stops along the way, and something worth discovering before you reach the end. There’s no need to collect them in order—or finish them all. Choose the one that sounds interesting today and see where it takes you.
New Trail Guides will be added regularly, so there will always be another path waiting to be explored.
