A Note From Claire

01 — Your body isn’t broken.
It’s speaking a language you were never taught.
02 — Your body is adaptive.
It is constantly listening, adjusting, and responding to the information it receives.
03 — Understanding changes everything.
When you understand what your body is responding to, you can begin supporting it instead of fighting it.
04 — Curiosity comes before criticism.
Notice what is happening. Ask questions. Get curious. Understanding gives us somewhere better to begin than judgment.
05 — The signals you send matter.
What you eat. How you move. The muscle you build and use. The sleep you get. The stress you carry. The things you do consistently. Your body is receiving information all day long.
06 — Strength is a signal.
Building and using muscle sends your body a powerful message: this tissue is needed. Keep it. Support it. Use it.
07 — Recovery is productive.
Rest is not time wasted or progress interrupted. Recovery is part of the work.
08 — Consistency matters more than perfection.
You do not have to get everything right. The patterns you return to over time matter far more than any single imperfect day.
09 — Hope changes everything.
When you begin to understand what is happening in your body, you begin to see what you can influence. And that gives you somewhere to go from here.
10 — Change the Signals. Change the Response.
Learn to recognize the signals you are sending, and you begin to understand your body’s response.

Meet The Signals

Your body is responding all day long to the signals you send.

These six are some of the most important ones we’ll explore together.

You don’t have to master all six.

Start by noticing the signals you’re already sending.

What Brought You Here?

You don’t need to know exactly where to start.

Start with what you’re noticing.

You Don’t Have to Figure It All Out Today.
