Welcome to the Mercantile
I’ve always loved the idea of a little shop where everything has been chosen with care. Not because there’s something new to buy around every corner, but because the things on the shelves have a reason for being there.
That’s what I hope you’ll find here. A growing collection of books, guides, and practical resources created to make the ideas we explore throughout The Signals Project a little easier to bring into everyday life. Some are meant to help you understand what’s happening in your body. Others offer simple ways to experiment, build useful habits, or find an approach that works for you.
I don’t believe we need more complicated rules, impossible promises, or another long list of things we’re supposedly doing wrong. Sometimes what we need is good information, a little encouragement, and something useful to keep close at hand.
So have a look around. The shelves are still growing, and I’m taking my time filling them. I’d rather offer a few things worth having than a hundred things you don’t need.
What You’ll Find Here
A little something for wherever you are in the journey. Some resources are meant to be read slowly, others to be kept close for the moments when you need a little guidance. Everything here has been chosen or created with everyday life in mind.

Books
Thoughtful books about understanding your body, navigating the changes of midlife, and discovering a more informed, compassionate approach to health and everyday living.

Digital Guides
Practical, approachable guides designed to help you turn what you’re learning into something you can actually use. Small steps, useful information, and ideas you can put into practice at your own pace.

Everyday Tools
Handy checklists, quick-reference sheets, and simple resources to make everyday choices a little easier. The kind of useful things you’ll want to keep close and come back to whenever you need them.
Featured Provisions
The ideas we explore throughout The Signals Project don’t always fit neatly into a single article or conversation. Some deserve a little more room, and others are easier to put into practice when you have something useful to refer back to.
That’s where these books and guides come in. Each one approaches things a little differently, but they share the same purpose: helping you better understand your body, make informed choices, and find practical ways to support yourself through the changes of midlife and beyond.
Take a look and see what speaks to you. You don’t need everything on these shelves. Just the things that make sense for where you are right now.

Your Body Isn’t Broken
What if the changes you’ve been noticing in your body aren’t signs that something is wrong, but clues about what your body needs?
This book explores the science behind the signals that influence metabolism, energy, hunger, sleep, and strength during midlife. It offers a different way to understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and practical ways to work with your body rather than constantly fighting against it.

The Hormone Reset Method
Understanding what’s happening in your body is one thing. Knowing what to do about it is another.
The Hormone Reset Method takes a practical, step-by-step approach to the challenges many women face after 40, from changing metabolism and stubborn weight gain to disrupted sleep, cravings, and fluctuating energy. Through 13 actionable steps, it explores nutrition, movement, recovery, and everyday habits that can help you build a more sustainable approach to feeling your best.

Seven Days of Signals
Sometimes the best way to understand what your body is telling you is to start paying attention to the little things.
Seven Days of Signals is a 40-page guided journal designed to help you explore the connection between your everyday choices and how your body responds. Over seven days, you’ll find thoughtful prompts, simple observations, and opportunities to experiment with the signals you’re sending through food, movement, sleep, and daily routines.
There’s no perfect score, no rigid plan to follow, and no expectation that you’ll change everything in a week. Just a little space to notice what happens, learn something useful about yourself, and decide what you might like to try next.
