Welcome to The Signals Project
The Signals Project was created for women in midlife and beyond who have reached a point where their bodies seem to be playing by a different set of rules.
Maybe you’re dealing with weight gain in your 40s or 50s, especially around your middle. You’re eating less, exercising more, or trying harder, but losing weight feels harder than it used to. Maybe perimenopause or menopause has brought changes you weren’t expecting—poor sleep, stubborn belly fat, new cravings, lower energy, loss of muscle or strength, increased stress, or a body that simply doesn’t respond the way it once did.
You may be wondering whether your metabolism has changed, whether you’re eating the right foods, how much protein you actually need, what kind of exercise matters now, or why everything that used to work suddenly seems to have stopped working.
You may have been told to eat less, move more, try harder, or accept that this is simply what happens as women get older.
There’s more to the story than that.
The Signals Project is a place to understand how nutrition, protein, strength training, everyday movement, sleep, stress and recovery, and consistency can influence the way your body responds through midlife, perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.
Around this house, you’ll find practical guidance, thoughtful conversations, recipes, movement, tools, reflection, and places to slow down and listen. You don’t need to learn everything today, and you certainly don’t need another impossible list of things to get right.
Start with what brought you here. Choose a doorway. We’ll go from there.

Every room offers a different way to listen, learn, and care for yourself. Start wherever feels useful today.
